I bought the bike with the HD parade fan mounted in the horn position and no horn. Bike has ABS and an oil cooler
I now need to mount a horn for the safety inspection so that I can get it licensed in BC.
Yes I could remove the fan, mount a horn, inspect, and remove; but long run I am going to want a horn that will wake the dead or a sleeping cage driver

On Touring bikes that have the H-D parade fan accessory installed, the stock horn (without the chrome cover) is relocated on the right front tank mount bolt with an "L" shaped bracket. I added a parade fan to one of the police bikes my (former) department had and the horn was relocated to the front of the right side of the fuel tank with provided bracket. It didn't improve the sound of it but it did get it mounted.
