One FLSTC in Morocco Gold, 2 Hondas in red/white, just ordered a 2017 FLHR in HC Hot Rod Red Flake and traded the black FLSTC. No more black bikes!

My last 3 bikes have been White. Easiest color, besides silver, to keep clean.

 

I'll never own another black vehicle.

 

My next bike will not be black. Nor will my car.

 

Wait....you mean they make a color other than black?

 

Not for me, I'm just too damn lazy! But they do look GREAT when cleaned up.

 

detailed my street glide today and got mad as hell that i didnt have enough good wax to do the job and used a spray on turtle wax. its shiny,but its not wax paste shiny.

 

I really liked my black bikes. However, the 17's (at least the RG Special) do not come with any pin striping. That was a deal breaker. I've had customs striping done before with mixed results in adhering over time. So this time I dropped an additional $3200 for a paint upgrade. I wonder if that was in Harleys plan.... Looking at my first black vehicle in many years (a new Tahoe), I must have forgotten what a PIA it was keeping my last black car clean..
