Default rod end stabilizer link wear & differences

At 85,000 miles on an 08 Road King, it is time to review all the wear items and my attention is now on the death wobble.

I am aware of the problem and solutions available, but this post is focusing on the two 16219-79(C) rod end type links at the front and top of the engine. Rod ends are wear items and I see both OEM and aftermarket solutions

What was the change from 16219-79B, 79C, 79D?
Presumably one should use the latest Rev?

Are aftermarket rod ends any better?

Are rod end links with urethane inserts available for the 08 frame baggers, and if so is it a good idea?

I don't think any of those factory upgrades represent any change of any significance, possibly justchange of supplier. I have a True-Track stabilizer kit on my bike and bought their s/s replacements for the front and top links. Are they better? Probably not, but look good! I can't imagine what improvement if any those Velva links can add, I'm very happy with my bike as it is.
