I've got a Dobeck Techlusion on my 05 low rider and it does the job. Have you researched the FP3 tuner. I've have an Arlen Ness filter and V&H slip-ons on the '13 Road Glide Ultra. Tuning was a piece of cake with your Smart phone. The FP3 app is available, install the app then do the demo tune. Also watch a couple of videos for this tuner

I have owned and installed two different Dobeck tuners over the course of the last 8 years. I am now using the Gen 3.5 on a stage II engine rebuild. Not only do their tuners work, but they work well. They are easy to install too. They do not require the use of a computer or a fancy map. Basically, when you twist the throttle and ask for more gas...it adds more gas. In the Gen 3.5 model, you can actually tune it to subtract gas in certain circumstances like decel etc. I really like it and am not looking to replace it. I am sure there are many other fuel management devices out there that work as well, but I have zero experience with them. Bonus: If you are a veteran they give you a big discount, not a measly 10%. Mark Dobeck is the guy who owned Dynojet. He sold it and after the non compete clause ran out he started development on his fuel management devices back in 2001. This ain't his first rodeo by any means. As far as support goes, these guys have few, if any peers. They are easy to get on the phone and work with you until the cows come home, if that is what you need. They put a two year warranty on their stuff and if it fails, they send you a new one.
