Default Avon cobra tire pressures

Hi all,
Just about to fit some avon cobras onto my 2012 ultra.
I hear the tire pressures are higher than the standard dunlops ?
What are you guys running in the front and rear for avon cobras.
180 wide rear 130 wide front.

Thanks all.
Rowle uk.

rowle, I run my tires at the factory specs unless specified different by the tire mfg. Go to Avon web site and see what's listed for your exact model tire and size. Anything else would be a guess. There are more variables with tire mfg's then before. ie; HD, Ultra etc

I've never heard that I needed to run more pressure, front or rear, when running Avons. I have them on my 96 Heritage and my 07 CVO Road King and I run the recommend air pressure that's in the manual. Road King front tire 130 and the rear 170.

Thank you for the link. Checked out the recommendations for my bikes and there is nothing listed for my SERK but they do list for my Heritage. Again, thanks for the info.

Well it hit 55 in Connecticut today so I took a nice 2-hour ride for the first time this season and I will say the Avon Cobras are outstanding. They blow away the old Metzler 880 I had as they just stick to the road. Much better and smoother. And on top of that I lost the front end shake that I had with the metzler's if I let go of the bars and the noise that I had on a metzler's in turns and when leaning or switching lanes. I always had a whine when not riding in a straight line that is gone. Great tires.
