SNEAK PEAK mods
After 4 months of collecting parts I finally got back to the states to put them on. I have a huge list and more photos and will post it all later along with any problems I had.
For starters I put an FBI 21 inch fender on the front which I had them hack a few inches off of, Thundermax, Wimmer Dual Runner intake, pass floor boards, trannyshroud, RJ Originals heat shields, Siren IIwith pager, center stand, horn and cylinder base cover, plug wires, IPOD mount, run/turn/brake module, Linby Multibar, more powdercoatand tons more. Here is an updated shot.
Put about 1000 miles on it in 3 weeks, mostly around town and a trip up to Rossmeyers HD in Daytona. The bike runs like a rabid hound dog being whipped with a cane pole! The Thundermax works great! Got a bit of pop on decel in the low gear and low RPM range but its more of a nice sounding crackle coming out of my Rineharts than an annoying pop. Took about 200 miles for it to run right mostly because it was supposed to be shipped in closed loop mode and wasnt. When I finally got around to hooking the laptop up it indicated it was in open loop and asked me to switch. Bike ran a bit better after that. It has tons of power and a very quick startup and throttle response.
