Hog for front fender

RE: Hog for front fender
Kuryakyn "Wild Boar" Fender ornament part number 9022. They are about $50 if you order through J&P or your local dealer.A couplepieces of advice I would like to give concerning this product: You MUST drillthree holes through your fender; one for the wire and two for the bolts, if you mess up drilling, it will be perminant. Make sure, measure twice the width of the top of the fender at both sides of where you want a holes and find the center of the fender to make sure the ornament will not be cocked to one side or another.Use painters tape on the spot you want to make the holes, that way, when you drill, you won't risk chipping any paint. Make sure you tap the spot you would like to drill thenuse your smallest drillbit first (smaller than is required in the instructions). On my Road King fender, it looks almost too small, the fender overpowers the fender ornament, but I like it. I have put this on several bikes and I think it makes the bike stand out from the crowd.
Just remember, Do you really want to drill through your fender?

Has anyone found a good hog that can be mounted on the front fender? I saw one years ago but never again.
