No, but it looks super, wish I was. Do you have a cost on it yet? How does it compare with the HD SE set up? If you do go with it, give usa heads up with a post.

Ed makes quality car parts. If I were looking to get over 100 hp and ftlbs, I'd go for it.

Installed a "Performer RPM" intake manifold on a newly-built 351 once. When fired it would peg the temp. gauge within about a minute. Took the thermostat housing and lower radiator hose off and got plenty of airflow through system. Took the water pump off and only got flow through passenger side. Temp. sensor was on driver side front. Had to remove manifold and clean out the coolant crossover passage over to the thermostat from driver side. Tunnel was full of molding sand which never got shook/cleaned out. Got a t-shirt and ball cap for my trouble... Never figured it would be something needing inspection first. Lesson learned.

I'd say your story is rare. I didn't have that happen with my 351C, and niether did my buddy with his 289. Besides, the intake for the bike is open enough that shipping it woudl shake out all the sand!

Forgot about that distinction. It was a Windsor. Yeah, am sure it was one in a million, but it was 100% of those for me at the time! And from a name most everyone is familiar with if they've ever seen any kind of performance magazine, etc.
