Default PCIII questions

Sorry if this post is redundant but I am a proud new owner of a 2008 Road king. Had the bike now for two months and just brought it in or the 1000 mile check up. Now,I want to install some vance and hines classsic slip-ons and I also plan on purchasing the pcIII. I have been told that changing the ECM mapping is not really required for only replacing the mufflers but I would like to richen the fuel mixture a little. I do plan on purchasing a replacement air filter sometime in the future. Just wanted to hear what you guys think.

Just buy the whole kaboodle including AC from Fuel Moto (www.fuelmotousa.com). The AC will make a big difference in the bike's performance and is worth the $125 or so you'll spend on it. You will get a map from him custom tuned on a bike like yours, so you'll be good to go. If you buy just the mufflers and PCIII you'll have to install another map later when you install the AC kit.

I have to agreewith do it all at once. The Fuelmotocombo (Rush/PC III/AC)is pretty easy to install and works great with no dyno. For the price it is the easiest way to go.

I did the PC III . V&H slip ons, and AC with a Dyno tune on my 06 EGC, mainly because it was running too hot. It made a difference , and gained4Hp.
