Has anybody put a "Streetglide" rear Fender Facia w/LED Lightsaddlebags filler strips on a FLHTCUI. Was looking at saddlebag filler strip kits, but if the streetglide would fit may go that way. Thanks

With any fender having a fender tip lamp, like your Ultra, the removal of the tip light will leave holes (two for the screws that mount the tip light and one for the wiring)in the bottom of the fender that must be filled or the fender replaced with a fender without the holes, e.g. Road Glide, Road King Custom, or Street Glide.

Many HDFers, myself included, have done the mod and enjoy it.

just make sure if you do it get the New Light Kit that works as a Run/Stop

 

I'm waiting for delivery of a Candy Red Sunglo '08 Road Glide. The SG is not offered in that color. The RG has the black stripe. Does anyone know what clor the black is? Is it black pearl? I thought if the SG ground effects color matches the stripe color on the RG, it might complment the stripes and still look great without painting it to color match the fender. Any thoughts?

 

Bo: The facia/LED piece is available in primer for under 40 bucks from a 20% off HD online dealer. Have a painter shoot it for about fifty bucks.

Haven't seen what you are considering; would definitely be unique.
