as for the anniversary bikes...harley has been doing that for quite awhile. my first HD was a 1988 85th anniversary lowrider. personally, i think HD was smarter back then because they didnt make so many of them. my lowrider was #139 of 850.

Actually, I think they are smarter now. Back in '88, Harley only sold 850 85th Anny bikes. Now, they sell thousands of the "Limited Edition Anny" bikes

ok...they had 4 different models andsold 850 of each model.ithink they need to make more than 850 because production is alothigher now than in 1988.
