It's your bike. Personally I wouldn't. It reminds me of people that put SVT badges on regular Ford models. Technically any 08 model is an anniversary model though. Just not an "official" serial numbered one. Do whatever makes you happy.

Why? Does Harley pay you to have their advertisement on your vehicle? I never could quite get hold of this line of thinking. It's MY vehicle, I know what I purchased, why would I want a sticker on it proclaiming "THIS IS A......" Badges are a bit different, but they are still an ad for that company. For the 2008/105th stuff, people that know about it, will know that only the copper colored bikes should have those badges on it, so it will look very out of place. But it is your bike, your choice.
These are usually the first things I remove when I buy vehicles, if they can be removed without leaving holes

The HD stickers come off my bike this week, and I'm not painting "HD" back on it

I guess I just don't get it either... I mean, I can see "100th Anniversary" or "50th Anniversary" or maybe even "125th Anniversary", but "105th Anniversary"? I suppose there will also be a "110th Anniversary" as well. Looks like marketing gimmickery to me! But I will admit, the Copper/Blackcolor looks sharp!

I think if you look around, Harley has been having an anniversary badges etc. for alot longer than most people havebeen riding.

I say if you like the look you should do it. I was given a set when I purchased my bike and decided to go another route, however they are pretty sharp looking and would look great on any 2008 BT. I am storing my away for the future.

I put the 105th derby cover, air cleaner, and timer cover set, on my 08two tone red non aniv bike because I liked the look of those covers. I didn't put the stick on fender badge on that came with the set. I don't really like anything on front fenders
