2008 SG solo seat help
I put some burly slammer rear shocks in to give me a lower ride although I didn't get what I was truly hoping for out of them. I would like to get 1 more inch lower so was thinking about a solo seat that could help. My other thought was to put a 1 inch lower kit on (huge money saver).
Has anyone ever put in lower shocks and a lowering kit and have good or bad feedback?
How about a nice low profile solo seat to give me that extra inch without breaking the bank?
Thanks

I have a custom Mustang solo seat on my 08, and the narrowness of the seat definitely made the bike feel like is was lower. I wouldn’t think short shocks on lowering blocks is going to provide a very good ride, you’ll likely bottom out.
I have an air ride system installed on mine which allows me to adjust the ride on the fly depending on what the road conditions are. If you’re looking for a lower stance, this might be an option as well....
