Had the dealership do the same thing to my 06' right out of the crate. Have never regretted it for a moment. The only weak point of the bike IMHO.

It's two bolts and a plug. Take the 30 min to do it yourself then

take the $125 + you would spend on labor and buy yourself some more stuff
