Just bought an 08 SG and I am going for some upgrades. I have Rineharts on my 03 V-rod and love them. I am considering Rinehart True Duels for the SG and just needed some opinions. When I added the Rineharts to the V-Rod they were very expensive($1000) due to the fact they were the best at the time. I see some aftermarket prices for the SG Rineharts in the $600 range. I would appreciate any opinions on the Rineharts in respect to cost, sound, tuner used, just plain overall happiness on your SG.

Welcome and congrats. I got mine from http://www.easternperformance.com/back late last year and they seem to be the lowest I could find. I also got thePCIII andNess Big Sucker from them. I really like the sound and performance. I also like the overall look of them. I am very pleased and would do the same thing all over again if I needed to. JMHO and .02

Ever think about Rhinehart slip-ons? I got a pair from motosport.com for $499.99 w/free 2-day fedex shipping. I love the look & sound. The air breather mod and fuel mgt download from the dealer was a must. Overall, it's a cool look with a "don't mess with me" sound on a budget.

 

Not RH's but made by the same people, Bub's. I just put the Bubs 7 on my SG. True duals. The rumor is the Bubs 7 is putting out more power than the RH's. I can tell you for sure they sound great! Maybe not as loud but very close. A nice chrome end cap ( I never liked the RH end cap ). Best of all......$659 shipped!!! I have an 08 SG with Rinehart True Duals and a Race Tuner. I am very happy with the sound and performance so far. I am still in my break in period, so my final dyno and tunehas not been done yet.

 

They work for me. I just had them put on over the winter love the sound and looks.

 

I got the exact setup and wouldn't change a thing...

 

I too have the same set up as DKSS07...rinehart true duals, ness big sucker and PC111. Love the looks and the sound!! Eastern performance had the best price going at the time (year ago). they're great to deal with!

 

Mine might be a RC but I love my RineHart true duals.

i have RH true duals, SE air cleaner, and download and love it. the sound they put out is awesome. i am having SERT installed and dynoed in 2 weeks so hopefully that help it run better and also cool it down.
