Your heads are fine. Don't understand reluctance to do the jugs. For about the same money as you'll pay for another set of cams, you can bore to 103, up the compression to 10.5:1 and have a SCREAMING, TORQUEY scooter. .... changing cams again won't get you what you're after, more power. For that you need more compression and more cubic inches....Just my .02.

My only reservation to boring cylinders is that from past experience , once you take apart the top end you leave yourself open to leaks and one more thing to keep an eye on. Am I gonna need compression releases and a higher torque starter ? But im startin to think maybe I should up it to 103. What pistons would be the way to go with ?

I can't tell ya how many Twin Cam top ends I've done and never had an issue with leaks...

Honestly, compression greater then about 9.7:1 is best to have compression releases. 10:1+... definitely. No starter issues though. Just get and use the comp releases.

In order not to make a HUGE mistake, you need to think "package". Certain cams "like" certain compression ratios and provide power in different areas of the RPM range. You need to select components that compliment one another. Do that, and you're "golden" and will wonder why you waited so long... Don't do that, and you'll wish you never touched it.

Have a read here & see if any of these match what you are looking for: http://www.head-quarters-usa.com/customtwintype07t.html

It took me several tries to figure it out. Since I did... I have had repeated success time after time....
