Default Finally upgraded wheels and a few suspension question

Well I finally upgraded wheels and went with the 18/21 combo from Hogpro. First props to Hogpro they were great and the wheels are sweet. Now the suspension question. I did lower the front of my streetglide an inch before the install of the wheels. However, since the installation the bike is raised roughly an inch. I would really like the bike sitting how it was before. Can I lower the front down another inch and add blocks in the back? That would equate to a 2 inch drop in the front and a 1 inch additional drop in the rear.

I did the same upgrade on my 08 sg from hogpro. Question-- do you notice some wind buffetting that was not there before? I lowered the front end 1 inch.

Any input? I was thinking of switching to a 2 inch front drop and 11.5 rear shocks
