Does anybody know if a pre 2007 road King sits any lower or farther away from the bars, than a pre 07 eg seat ?

 

i installed just this week a Roadking stock seat on my 2000 FLHTC, first thing i noticed is i sat a little further back and a little lower, because the Roadking seat is a little short where it meets the tank i has to buy the filler piece from Harley or the chrome one from Drag

Thanks for posting the pics. I think I'm going to hold out for a perfect fit seat......I think. I do like the chrome piece though. Do you remember how much it costs?

 

Chrome piece is 34.00 and the leather filler i have from HD is 29.00
