What year did Fuel Injection Start?

Trying to find out what year HD started putting fuel injection into Electra Glides, was it 2003?

I had a 1996 e-glide classic with the magnetti morelli{spelling} fuel injection on it, but I believe it was before that when they started putting it on e-glides.

A friend of mine has an injected '95 Ultra

I think it was '94 or '95 for the E-glides.

My '96 Road King was the first year of EFI on the Road Kings.

AFAIK, in 95 they had the limited edition 30th anniversary of the Electra Glide (electric start 65 pan), these were all efi bikes. In 96 it was optional on other models.

1995 was the first FI EG... I have a '94... nothing in my manual states anything about fuel injection..

+1 for kyote.
Also the M-M (magnelli-morelli) (sp) was initially the efi for HD until sometime in 2001. Some early model 2001 EGs had the MM the later 01 year models started using the delphi. In 2002 all EGs that had EFI were Delphi. Say anything made after late 2001 (still considered a 01 model year) may have the delphi.
I have a 2001 with a MM and TC88. It is a real pickle to get the correct part sometimes as from 2000 - 2001 HD had a few Evos left over that had MM and some TC88 with MM then had some TC88 with delphi....real confusing. In 2002 all TC88 that were EFI had Delphi.
Another got-cha...the MM efi cruise control is 'way' different that the delphi cruise control. No bolt on kit...all parts have to be ordered individual....uggh. Some aftermarket kits are available.
