Forget the 'big bores', the power is in the heads!

I hear ya on that, I'd love to have a big loud 2 into 1, but just not keene on the look on a bagger.
Love the sound of my 'true dual' Rineharts combined with TW6 cams, turns heads!

"Rock-On"...I ran the TW6-6 cams in a 103" and 107" and they were awesome, very good overall and strong roll on torque.

Default Stock vs Supermegs 14 RK

Very happy with the results of adding a Supertrapp Supermeg 2-1 and Big sucker to my Rushmore Road King.

Best results were with 10 discs and open end cap. Noise is mellow when cruising and barks pretty good when on the throttle. Wife hasn't complained!

20 discs and closed end cap had power signing off too quickly. (even though this is suppose to be a similar setup.)

Interesting results. I have a Supermegs on my S&S 107 with all the discs it came with (20?!) plus closed end cap, with 102HP/107TQ and a flat wide torque curve, which I put down to the 585 cam. This tuning business is a complex thing!

I have a 14 SGS with SE STG 1 AC, decatted stock head pipe, SE Street Cannons and HD SEPST. I just had it dynoed and the stock numbers were 74.24HP & 89.75TQ. After the stage 1 upgrade and tune my numbers were 86.1HP & 99.7TQ. Runs much better than before and a hell of a lot cooler.

Default dyno numbers

Had my 14 SGS on the dyno. Have V&H x-pipe, Rinehart 4", stage 1 air, and SERT.

HP: 95.86
TQ: 115.30

I can live with that for a year or so, then heads and cam.

WOW!! I find those numbers hard to believe even with the dyno sheet present. Those are some BIG numbers for a stage 1 setup.

Impressive numbers for what you have. And you might be leaving some HP on the table, it looks like your timing starts to get goofy around 4.5k RPM's
