2006 FLHTCI had Zippers up grade the motor from an 88 with their Muscle 98 Kit
zippers stage 3 (1.9) Heads
domed Pistons
RS-577 cams
OE Throttle Body using 6.2 gms. Injectors
Thundermax and hi flow air cleaner
Khrome Werks cross under duals with Khrome Werks HP mufflers
Max power 112.81 max toque 107.13

This has been the best money ever spent. Will post my Dyno sheet tomorrow. Also tried the two into one exhaust and lost hp but gained a little torque as you will see on Dyno sheet

Interesting chart - so let me guess, your exhaust is either a V&H pro pipe, Fatcat, or other 2-1?

Its hard to tell, but I think the red line is the "after picture", interesting that while at some point you do make a bit more power than before, but way to the right, and you actually lose some at around 2.5

The Red line is with DD Fatcat using a short louvrered baffle.
The blue line is with Khrome Werks cross under dual header with the 3" Khrome Werks with HP baffles. Everyone talks about how much better the 2 into 1 exhaust is but I just didn't see it so stuck with Khrome Werks exhaust.
I'm told that the mufflers where too long that's why I didn't see the big difference in performance
Both test where after the upgrade with the muscle 98 kit just different exhaust looking for best performance

Yes it has a Thundermax. Zipper's installed the muscle 98 installation. The Khrome Werks exhaust was already on the bike before the upgrade. They tested with both exhaust and if the performance would have been better I would have replaced the exhaust. The bike is a night and day difference from before.

Many thanks to Russell for a great tune and John (TorqueInc) for the head work!

Mike not only did the assembly but rode the bike up to Lonewolf for the tune. I'm thankful for his frienship and expertise.

The stage 1 tune was done at Latus and yielded 87/101. That sheet was posted in another thread. So the improvement from this build is significant.

I haven't had a chance to try the bike out myself as I'm still recovering from hip replacement. I'm about 3 weeks from swinging my leg over and stretching my arms.
YOUR STAGE ONE numbers are about what i just got out of my tune at Paradise on my 2015 FLHR how much was your additional build?
