Sorry for the late answer but I don't get in here too often.

The cams/heads/clutch came to less than $1k.

John gave me a real nice deal on the cnc head work.

As far as your tune vs. my stage one I really couldn't say. Different dyno, different tuner. Didn't see your dyno sheet either.

I don't get too caught up in peak numbers. I'm more interested in a knowing I've got a good tune and how the bike feels on the road.

I only come around once in a while. This thread caught my attention and after a bit I realized that there aren't enough hours in my day to get to read ALL the pages...
So any way, I'll post my chart done by GMR. Note that this is *beyond* Stage I.

Since this tune was done I have bored it to 113 but haven't re-dyno-ed it.

Thanks! That would primarily the T-man 660 cam and the Dragula pipe.

It seems this thread is a bit broad.
Maybe it would be good to separate into two groups in a really simple way:
Three easy questions:
1.) stock comp ratio?
2.) stock heads?
3.) stock TB?
If ALL THREE answers are yes, then call that the stage one group.
If ANY of those are a NO, then they are in the modified group.

In my case all if those would be NOs.

Sounds like a good idea in theory, but would be a ton of work to go back and sort through.

Mine would be all Yes.

Default S&S Torgue Cam

For those interested... My local Dyno man suggested a torque cam for a "cruisin'" guy like myself. He installed an S&S 551 in my SG 103.
