[QUOTE=cpbedor;15198617]Hi Dale. No, the pulley will not have an impact on the dyno. It will have a big impact on how it rides, but the numbers will not change. I did a build on my 14 Limited with the stock 32T then recently changed to a 31T. No change in what the dyno says but its VERY fun to ride.

ok. i always wondered bout that. i have a stock 103 with woods 777 se ac and midified baffle in v&h pro pipe. tuned by jamie at FM

Default HD Cycles Dyno Numbers for my 2011 FLHTK

I've had this bike new, since 2011. I installed the exhaust, Intake kit and the PowerVision 1 tune from Jamie at Fuel Moto, back in 2011. It's always had a decel pop we never could tune out of it.

I finally pulled the trigger on a Stage 2 upgrade along with a Dyno tune and hired HD Cycles in Lillian, AL on Hwy 98 to do the work for me. They installed a TTS 100 Cam shaft, new lifters and adjustable push rods, along with a Aim VP84LT clutch, among other things. The bike runs like a scalded dog now and much cooler too. Heath at HD did a fantastic job on this upgrade. I've used them before and am totally satisfied with the quality of their work. I highly recommend HD Cycles for all your Harley Davidson bike work. They are a Harley Davidson authorized warranty center too.

My numbers are below.

I can't tell by the dyno but looks like your way off on your tune. You should be where I'm at or near that and I'm still a 103" as well.

Well heres my build dyno tuned last Sat. 95in SE forged pistons ported polished heads andrews 57 cams S&S roller rockers Bassani power curve head pipes 36in straight fishtail pipes with my homemade baffles. 81.5 hp-101.2 torque. Wasnt real happy. Dyno graph was UGLY! Clutch was slipping some my cool looking exhaust killed it and the tuner said to get rid of the pretty red plug wires. So new E1 clutch delivered yesterday new FM e series tunable mufflers on the way. Get new plug wires in the morning. Looking for 100hp 110tq, Then back to the dyno. Wife aint happy.
