Have any of you used any plugs other than H-D plugs???? And if H-D plugs witch ones??

 

I was having some difficulty with engine pinging, and after some advice from my engine builder changed over to auto light 4164. For me it worked just fine. Experienced in the long run much cleaner plugs, less problems with the pinging, and quicker warm-up times. For me they worked!

 

HD platinums work for my 05 ultra. have tried others but these seem to run best for me.

 

When it was time to change my plugs I tried the HD gold ones... for some reason my bike didn't seem to like them. Harder starting. I swapped them out to Denso iridiums, and so far they seem to be working fine.

I use the kind that make sparks

 

We have always used the Auto light product on both our HD bikes and Big Dog Mototcycles.I've had issues in the past with HD plugs and Champion especially the any of the split fire versions.

If I don't use the factory plugs I will probaly be looking at NGK plugs.
