I've only gotten 5500 miles out of my Original Dunlop? Any better replacement solutions?

 

yikes!...you should get at least 10K

 

I got 10300 and it is still going good

 

I got almost 10k on my fat boy before I replaced it.....Replaced it with the same Dunlop. My SG is at 6k miles and it still has plenty to go.....
Have you done some burnouts lately????[sm=confused06.gif]

 

I only got 6700 miles on the orignial tire. I had it in for service and they said it had about 1000 miles left. Of course I am not a small guy so I hear that helps wear the tire out faster.

I'm at 8200 and it still looks good. 40 PSI. mostly solo but 2-up sometimes

 

I'm at 6700. Still has plenty of tread left. If I make it to 10,000, I'll be happy.

10,000...............start trying different tires to find what's best for you....i now use Metzlers for my type of riding. I don't think there is any one tire that is good for everybody..........

 

I am at over 15000 on the original rear....wear bars just started showing a couple hundred miles ago.
