Clutch Cover oil leak

Clutch Cover oil leak
2003 Road King classic which I replace the clutch cable last week. \\; Replace the gasket and O ring on the cover. \\; I did have to open the cover back up within minutes because something wasn't aligned properly and the cable was stuck. \\; Still not sure what happened. \\; Currently the clutch works fine but I have a small oil leak. It doesn't seem to leak when parked only when ridden. \\; I notice some fluid on bottom. \\; Any suggestions would be helpful \\;... do need to take it apart and put another gasket, is it overfilled. When on the stand it reads slightly above full.

One 32oz bottle? \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; If so, you're overfilled.

Disregard.....read it wrong...thought he meant the "primary" clutch cover....not the clutch cable cover.....

RE: Clutch Cover oil leak
So if it's overfilled does the gasket and O ring need to be replaced? \\; I do believe after looking further into it I was checking the level with the bike on the jiffy stand. \\; Once I stood the bike up on level surface and checked it with the dipstick at the top of the treads its about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch above the full mark. My error.
