maybe, but some really think they ride better.... maybe riding lessons are in order to the ones who say they don't like it

I am still curious what needs to be done to put the 23" on the front of a 2007 Street Glide. I am open minded enough to know that everyone has their own opinions on wheels and how they think they perform. The individual that started this thread wanted to know what was required to put that size wheel on his Street Glide and so do I. So if someone with knowledge on this topic could give us some input on this that would assist us in this endevour.
Thanks,

Now if you want the bike to handle "like stock" then the geometry has to be changed in the ways of raking the front end, this will run you anywhere between $3000 - $4500 depending who does the work, make sure who ever does it knows what he is doing as it can really fu@# up your bike as they will be cutting into the frame/neck of the bike
here are a few pictures of the process, scroll down and see all the pictures

I have a 2008 sg running a 23/18 for a year now. (jus joined so pics will be up soon) but i started out jus changing to a wrap fender, but thats not enough, you have to get spacers to go on top of the fork tubes. Its a custom piece that keeps your front wheel from bottoming out, especially if you have crash bars!! Put 10,000 miles on it last summer so the wheel does well!

I would think that with the 2" drop you would definately have a bottoming out issue but while it is up on the lift tie down the front end and compress the forks to see. We did a 21" with the 2" drop in the front and it just made it without hitting. That extra inch would scare me.
