Default Street Glide Tri-Bar Light Upgrade?

Anybody running this. Is it worth the money? Pics with brake lights on vs off?

The run/brake tri-bar LED is also used in the fender extension LED accessory for EG's, etc.the difference between the run and brake lights is very distinct from what I've seen of that application.&nbsp\\; When my SG LED fails, I'll replace it with the run/brake light version.

After almost getting rear ended at&nbsp\\;a stop sign one night I had the tri bar upgrade installed on my SG.&nbsp\\; I've also replaced the stock tail light with the red LED model that Harley just came out with. I figure every little bit helps.

I just&nbsp\\;installed it.&nbsp\\; It's&nbsp\\;easy to do and relatively inexpensive.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;In my opinion it is worth the $$ for added visibility.&nbsp\\; At some point in the near future I also plan to add an LED light from BrightAssLights...it's the britghtest I've seen yet.

Did my 06 and in my opinion well worth the money. Added visibility without any visual change to the bike has to be a good thing.

It uses the same connector that your current LED uses, but has three wires in the connectorthe extra one is for the brake light.

isn't there a mod to make the current running light a brake light by just moving the pin connection?

I just installed this in the street glide fender I put on my Road King,&nbsp\\; It was only $20 more than the stock part that I needed to order anyway.&nbsp\\; Well worth the extra $ and it works great.
