On the west coast, "House of Trikes" in Ft. Myers has done me good. He builds high end custom choppers and Paul takes great care to protect your chrome and paint while he's working. Also, reasonable hourly rates.

 

All you need to know is DOC at HDMD tuning center. He is a stop from the engine build to the tune
