I'm sure the dealers care ( about $$ ) the reality is you have apprentice techs with little experience servicing your brand new bike. Those guys get paid little, dealership charges you lots, no different than any other dealership, car bike whatever. Sometimes it bites them in the ***!

I actually like my dealer, and there service. Always go out of there way to help me. Sad to hear these stories, there are good dealers. , and bad. I drive past two to go to my dealer. I have always been treated fairly, and respected there. H-D Sales and service, Napolean ,Oh.

`Gonna find out just how good my dealer`s service dept. is when they finish this warranty job. So far they have been great, though.

I've only brought my bike (2011 SG)to the dealer twice.Both times for the inspection sticker.Didn't screw up either time.

exactly what I was going to say. Brake fluid is one of the best paint remover there is.

This happened over six years ago. I think it might be too late for that.

My dealership has a revolving door of techs, and for good reason I suspect. Almost every time I've had them work on my bike, it left the shop with more problems than it had when it went in
