what's the diffence between the two, other then the fairing?

There is a lot more chrome on the Roadking. I bought one in favor of the Electra Glide because I like the option of being able to remove the windshield

ya me too, but I love to listen to tunes. just thinkin down the road with my wife on the back more and more, what about a radio on a RK? Is there a set up for a RK?

the standard is a bare bike would not want it just for the fairing-ride safe

The FLHT has the silver powdercoat engine with polished covers. The Road King has the black engine with chrome covers. But The FLHT has a much more comfortable seat and bars in my opinion.

plus I see they have put rubber mounts on the 09 RK less shakin while bakin

Doing a compare on the HD Web site is good advice, but I don't think you really can understand the differences in a polished engine compared to a chrome engine until you see the bikes in person. Pictures just don't do justice. Beary
