Default '02 Road King headlamp/pass lamp aim

I have a 2002 Road King Classic.&nbsp\\; Headlamp low and high beam seams to be aimed correctly but when driving at night with passing lamps and low beam on - it is too bright.&nbsp\\; Oncoming traffic flashes lights.&nbsp\\; Looking for suggestions on aiming and how to get to adjustment nuts/bolts.

25 feet away from a wall bike level with a rider of same approximate weight on bike. Measure from ground to center of headlight, put a horizontal line on the wall same distance that was measured from ground at the bike.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Adjust center of beam to line with HIGH beam on, make sure it is pointing down the center line of the bike (straight ahead with handle bars pointing straight ahead.

Passing lamps are the same.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Measure to center of lamp and make a line on the wall the same height, adjust center of beam to match the line on the wall.

I get flashed all the time with my stock 05 Halogen with passing lamps.
I show them the high beams, but they still flash their lights at me.
Don't know what to do except ignore them....
