Clearview shields are awesome. I have several and they all work very well and of good quality. You won't be disappointed.

went with a 6.5 dark smoke and love it. It works so well at pushing the air over my head that I am considering getting a 4.5. If anyone has a dark smoke 4.5 I will trade a perfect 6.5". Either way clearview makes a quality product that comes well packaged and is well worth the wait!

Great shields...love mine....just be sure to ask for current production time. I planned for 6-8 weeks, based on what the website said. It took 9 weeks.

so there's NO distortion on the Clearview? No matter where you look thru it,even around the edge's? I want to look just over, but even the GT Small (11 1/2") is gonna be close!

+1 for clearview. I put a GT Medium on mine. I got a blem, no waiting, it shipped same day and I could not find a scratch and I got a few bucks off.

Are the Clearview shields pre-shaped (follows the curvature of the fairing), or are they a flat piece of plastic?

Thanks

Precurved for the RG's and they have a slight recurve about 2" from the top to help direct the wind over the rider. This little kick is suppose to give the windshield the performance of an extra 2".

That's how it is for the RG's. I can't comment on the CV's for the Batwings.
