I had that problem on my 99 after Lexington KY Harely shop installed the HD part that makes the rear turn sig lamps operate with the brakelights ... check that first that was what was causing my problem and it took almost 300 in labor at the dealer to find it. Mine would only blow the fuse with the aux lamps on.. after that part was removed it no more fuse problems

Had a similar problem with my 08 ultra. Turned out to be a loose wire under the faring had worn threw and caused a short. Took the dealer two attempts but they repaired it under warranty. Good luck

Have you added any electrical options? Most times if you have, you will want to confirm the proper installation of these before trying things that were delivered functioning ok from the factory.

Try looking under the front fender, my buddies bike had the wiring going to the front fender light wear through causing a short. It took two different dealers about 7 hours to figure it out.

I had a similar problem. No left turn signals and no running lights. It turned out to be a short at the left turn signal mount. The wires were pinched into the bracket.

Check the wire under the front fender, the clips come loose and/or break allowing the wire to rub against the tire. If it is bad you can disconnect it at the connector just under the left fairing until you get it fixed.

sounds like it's time to break out the voltmeter and test light. it's likely that you've got either a bare wire that is hot which is coming in contact with a ground somewhere. you can find the problem if you take your time and follow each wire to make sure everything is insulated properly.

+1 with jsimo7 - same issue with my 00EGC, took off the run red/brake light kit and the issue went away. I hope you find the dirty culprit.
