Anybody running a 21" front stock rear wheel ?
I saw some people running a 21" front stock rear wheel on street glides. Anybody have any pics? I noticed when people run the 18 in the rear it makes the *** end sit up higher. I was wondering if you could really notice the rear wheel that much? I like 21" front wheel but dont want to pay the price of the combo.

Bobby - Assuming you have a Street Glide, if you are going to put a 21/18 combo on the bike, I would suggest getting the front and rear down 1". This will get the front end back to stock, and eliminate the "lift kit" effect of an 18" rear. I know my bike rode a little squirrely with stock suspension and the 21/18 combo. Everything came back in line when I lowered it. Looked a hell of a lot better also.
There is a thread somewhere on here that I posted a before and after. I'll look for it and edit this post if I find it.

Here is that thread I referenced. Check the bottom of page 2 for a before and after look.

Here are a few pics. I did the front only for now, 08 SG. I lowered the front at the same time. It rides and handles way better the stock. I go through corners with the the new set up much faster than I did with stock. I can drive more aggressively without fear of front end dive from front braking. The only problem is that the forks clunk when I hit sharp bump. 100% sure its not bottoming out. I discussed this with race tech and was told there is washer or something in the HD fork or slider that clunks because the dampeners were opened up with bigger holes and the fork oil moves faster than before.
