Default Just bought me a new (to Me) Street Glide!

Last Weekend I upgraded from my 2006 FXDB (which is now FOR SALE)

To a 2007 "Black Cherry" Street Glide. Outside of some custom tunes and thunderheader exhaust she is pretty stock. So I ask you all for recommendations on upgrading to a 21" front wheel with new fender and stereo upgrades

Congrats! Nothing like a new motorsikle! I don't see anything wrong with the existing front wheel....

That's a clean looking bike, always loved that color. Check with Eastern Performance on the wheels and anything else you need.

Congrats on the new bike. It's the same model, color and year as mine. Only thing I added is a Fast Aire windshield, rider backrest and GPS.

Nice ride. I would call Drew at Hog pro regarding the 21" swap. But I gotta tell you a stock front will give you the best ride. Period.

Congrats and nice looking SG!

I picked up a 2007 SG on Mothers Day after no HD since 2009.

I really wanted that Black Cherry, but the one the dealer had
was pretty sweet with a lot of add ons already and only 10K
miles. So I put a chunk down and rode it home!

I had no idea it was 'black' as to me it looks like sort of a
gunmetal grey.

I also don't know much about bigger wheels, but I've added
a few things to help with the buffeting and comfort on longer trips.
Got the Freedom Wings, JES Custom Wind Deflectors, and the
'No More Fried Thighs' heat deflectors
.

I'll have to get some updated pics posted with the new stuff added.

I also changed out the fairing before I left the dealer for a 10" windsplitter.

Still getting hit pretty good at about the glasses, but I think a 1" lower seat
will put me in the sweet spot.

Keep us posted on the mods you do and again, congrats on the new SG!

Greg
