Default Zippers Muscle Engine Kits

Anyone have any experience with their engine kits? I been looking at their 117" kit or may stay with a 103". Thanks for for any and all replies.

I suggest you also consider a 107 -- like the 103 no case work required

Most vendors (Head-Quarters, Hillside, GMR, etc) will bore stock jugs to 3.93x for the 98" (for TC88's) & 107" (for TC96's) builds.

Mines getting their 103 Muscle kit installed within the next week or two. I'll report back when it's done.

I have their 120" kit in my 2000 FatBoy. It's a very rideable setup and not any harder to handle than stock. The HP is not as high as I thought it would be but the torque is pretty good (I insisted on drag pipes, it did better with a 2 in 1).

I haven't dynoed yet but I love my 103 very strong down low which is were you ride anyway. My only complaint and it is minor is the increase in valvetrain noise. This is my first bagger and I know that the fairing makes this worse but it did take a little getting used to.
