Default Throttle/Idle Cables? - Dealer didn't know

I'm planning on replacing my throttle & idle cables in the near future. I called my dealer to ask what I need to buy since my bike has cruise control, and the idle cable needs the throttle roll-off switch connectors. The parts department had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe I didn't explain it clearly enough, but he said (and I quote) "there's no such thing."

Here's are my questions - I have an 01 RK (FLHRI) with cruise (P/N 70989-98A).
- What are the lengths of the idle & throttle cables (stock)
- Do all cables come with the connectors for the throttle roll-off switch, or do I need to order a special idle cable.

Thanks in advance.

If you go to Magnum Shielding and enter your bike info their site will tell you what stock is and other lengths available incase your changing handlebars. Just purchased a set for my 05 Ultra and have no complaints.

Hope you are able to find what you need. As for the HD parts guy, he was probably referring to the HD Parts & Accessory book which only lists 2002-2007 model years for Road King; nothing for 2001 RK's. Don't know why they don't list 2001, but you could ask for the parts books for 2001 and 2002 and compare the part nos. for the throttle and idle cables from both to see if they are different or not. If they are the same, you could buy the HD cables. Wouldn't be the first time there was a mistake in the parts books or catalog.
