I picked up the Screaming Eagle booklet from the dealer recently and found all kinds of cool upgrade kits. Looking at their power charts, the 103 stage IV may offer the best bang for the buck? Don't have to bore the cases and still get well over 100/100.
Includes all that you said. They also have a 110 and 113? Stage upgrades.
Gets you thinking - shouldn't have picked it up!

the stage 4 has some good pieces, and some not so good...the heads and cams don't work well on baggers...here are my 2 favorite builds using off the shelf screamin' eagle parts:
bore your stock cylinders...cast 103 flattop pistons...211 cams...stock heads....030" head gaskets
or mcr heads...030" head gaskets...211 cams...stock pistons
another option is having your stock heads ported by a pro...works a lot better than buying screamin' eagle heads...and is cheaper, too if you use the right shop...a 103 with ported stock heads, thin head gasket, bored stock cylinders, 9.4 compression, 204 cams...that's what I'd do if I had a bagger
and another option is cheap blueprint-style headwork, thin head gasket, stock pistons, and 204 cams

Thanks for the help, might have to do some more research on this before upgrading. I have been thinking of having the OEM cylinder bored, and have someone port the heads but I am thinking about resale value when i trade her in, or sell her. Might be better to have the OEM stuff untouched?? Any thoughts/experience on that? I am also interested if anyone knows how theese moderate upgrades affect the life on motor and tranny, I ride aprox 4000 miles per year.
