Default Harley Shorty Antenna

Anyone install these antenna on their Bikes? They"re suppose to replace the long whip antenna and work well without adjusting your CB.

Shorty CB Antenna #76386-08 $29.95
Shorty AM/FM Antenna #76388-08 $29.95

I put this one on the bike. It didn't make my radio work any better, but I bought it because I didn't like the loooooooooong whip it came with. It works better under the bike cover.

I also replaced the long whip with the shorty AM/FM antenna. Seems to work the same to me. No more no less.

I got both for Christmas. They look great on the bike and I no longer have to worry about height when I enter the garage or raise the bike on the lift.

While I have not tested them, a friend installed them on his back in Sept. They both work well, and he does not notice any difference in the CB.

I put a set of shorty antennas on mine last week. Can't see any difference in the cb or radio yet.

I've been using AntennaX shortys for 2 years but I had some free HD Christmas money left over so I picked up the nice HD shortys last week. I think they look much better than the AntennaX ones.
