Default Milwaukee Bagger Tour Pak Rack--20% off

Spoke to Nick @ Milwaukee Bagger and he's providing a 20% discount ($240 versus $300 list) on the detachable tour pak mount that uses the HD passenger backrest/solo detchable TP mounting hardware for '97-'08 Touring models. Here's a link to the product:

http://www.milwaukeebagger.com/Accessories.html

It's available in chrome or powder coated black. Here's the chrome version:

http://

I ordered mine today--$240 plus shipping. He charges actual FedEx shipping so it will vary depending on where you live. Shipping to me in Metro Atlanta is $15.00. For comparison purposes, the HD two-up detachable rack lists for $179.95 and the mounting hardware is $59.95, or a total of $239.90 list.

You can order using the order form on his website, or call him at (414) 550-9550. He accepts credit cards and PayPal.

The rack comes with three mounting locations for HD's tour paks. He's sold about 100 of these in the past two years and has received no call back or complaints. Thanks, Skydoc, for the pics of this on your bike.

When you order, just mention that you are an HDF member as he is providing this discount to us; he isn't announcing a 20% discount/sale price.

I don't expect to install this for at least several weeks as my bike is being disassembled for paint, so I won't have any pics or reviews anytime soon. For me, it's a great solution to the HD mounting hardware. And the MB rack will work with any two-up seats.

IMPORTANT: SPOKE TO NICK, AGAIN, AND HIS MOUNTING HOLES ARE NARROWER (MEASURED LEFT TO RIGHT) THAN THE HD HOLE PATTERN. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME SINCE I WILL USE THE RACK TO LOCATE AND DRILL ADDITIONAL HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TOUR PAK, OR USE A PIECE OF SHEET METAL WITH HOLES TO MATCH THE RACK AND EXISTING TP HOLES. NOT USING THE HD TWO-UP MOUNTING HARDWARE TO ME IS WORTH THE EXTRA WORK, BUT MAY NOT BE FOR OTHERS.

Carl

You're welcome. Shipping to Metro Atlanta was $15, so $255 delivered.

I have been looking for a deal on one of those for awhile, but you never see one used. I will be ordering one in about 3 minutes. Thanks for the legwork.

Ordered, "I will get that out to you today." Thanks again Harleypingman
