30T Evolution Drive Sprocket
Well I finally got the 30T Evolution drive sprocket installed that I bought about 6 months ago.
It wasn't that big of a deal to install, it took me about 3 hrs to do and that includes a trip to Sears for a 1 3/16 socket I didn't have and at least 20 minutes trying to remember where I have stashed the primary gasket I bought 5 months ago.
I took it out for a ride and it definitely put a little more spring in it's step, the combination of the HQ500 cam and this gear work together very well.
The bang it always made on start up is gone, it does make a little more noise when riding but I'm sure that is because the chain hasn't adjusted up tight yet, I only rode over to the grocery store to get my wife a a bottle of wine and that's about 4 miles round trip.
Can't wait to get my fairing back from the painter and for it to warm up just a little more so I can get it a real ride.
