Thanks! I wouldn't know about getting breaks because I never exceed the posted speed limit.

Headquarters recommends their 500 "Hurricane" cams for 96" motors all the time. I think it would be a great choice for anyone with a 96er looking for maximum low-end torque.

Changing gear, super quick. The cam in my Vette would shake the fillings out of some folks. Not bad for an old schooler technology. 11.40@122.89 3.55 rear end th-400 383ci '69 vintage.

I always laughed at when people complained about HD vibrating, compared to the car it is nothing.

Very respectable for a street-driven car!

Thanks for the info in the 500 cam. I filled out one of those online forms that HQ has on their website for a cam recommendation as well. I also may want to shade towards aggressive performance with the cam.

As for the speed limit, I had the pleasure of a recent work assignment in Germany (15 months in duration). Rarely needed a car due to the excellent public transportation, but I did rent BMW cars on two occasions and experienced the Autobahn. I also rented a BMW touring bike for a weekend - strangely I kept that at 140 KPH or less. I would have loved to have a car of your Vette's capability over there.
