31-4076 V-Twin Layback License Plate Kit (1999-up FLT-FLHT)

15669 Custom Chrome Angled License & Rear Fender Brace Assembly $133.49
15667 Custom Chrome Angled license mounting plate only $50.99
Note: The original Equipment fender brace is longer than what is in the Custom Chrome kits. When the Angled license mounting plate is installed on the stock brace, the plate extends further to the rear and larger license plates may contact the taillight.


970-619 J&P Cycles Laydown Licence Bracket for 1993-2006 FL $117.99
Note: Appears to be the same as the 15669 Custom Chrome

Note: This product allows you to relocate your license plate below your taillight and have the option to retain your stock turn signal mounting bracket. I just used the one from HD. It worked as advertised, and had enought clearance for the torupac.

I have the layback LP mount, but it still makes contact with my detacheable tour-pak mount. How much clearance are you getting? I ended up having to put a rubber strip on the TP mount to keep it from rubbing against the Layback LP mount.

The 970-181 J&P Cycles Auto Gem Laydown license give the bike an "old school" look.
