PVC Fork Seal Installer?
Did a search but can't seem to find the information I need. Can anyone tell me the size PVC pipe to use to install fork seals in an 05 Roadking? I read about both 1 1/2 and 2" and about how long does it need to be? Thanks in advance.

I used 1 1/2" pvc for the fork seal installer, heat it up with a small propane torch to make a perfect fit, I put a slight bend in mine to keep it away from the tubes, it only needs to be about 12 to 14" long. I made it for use on my '96 Softail and have used it on many bikes since.

I don't remember the size, but I used a piece of the black abs pipe. Off the shelf it was a little to small and would not fit over the fork tube . I used my cordless circular saw and split the pipe length wise so it would fit over the tube.

A paint roller slit on one side works too.
