It took me about 4 hours but that was due to two things. I had a hard time getting the radio bolts back on (4 of them) and when I thought I was finished, I had problems with the ignition switch. It had come loose in the fairing and I didn't see it. Thought I screwed up the ignition but after finishing and finding the loose connection, it really was an easy operation.

I will say that these inners are very very sharp! I would of never guessed that it made that big of a difference when the inner is painted to match! But let me tell you, I think it was the best upgrade that I did on my bike yet!

I have a 04 FLHTCI and turned that into a Road Glide in 06 and just put back to the EG - on both I have the Gloss Black inner and I do think they look GREAT - However, with that, they are a dust Magnet - anything other than black would be easier to keep clean - just wanted to warn the guys thinking of doing this - they look great but are a little more upkeep - esp if you ride a lot....
