I have the same ones. Got them on eBay. They're made by Custom Chrome.

For those doing your own, when I got mine painted I also took off the heat deflectors that go down near the thighs on the newer bikes, had them painted to match. I haven't installed mine yet as I will be doing a handlebar swap at the same time and I'm waiting on parts...$200.00 to have everything painted. I may have a stock one for sale once I swap mine out I had a friend buy a painted one which left him with a stock one to sell.
Will post when complete
