I just wanted to let folks know about Harley goodies customer service i bought his extensions over the weekend and recieved them today WOW talk about fast shipping that was great and i had a lot of questions for him prior to purchasing these and he was great about getting back to me. give him a chance!!

 

Had the Harley Goodies extentions on my 08 and then the Soos extentions on my 09. Both seem to be quality products, do basically the same thing for about the same price. Both items shipped fast and had adequate instructions. Otherwise, customer service is really not much of an issue unless there is a defect or you can't figure out the installation. Not much chance of either of those things happening.

To be honest, the main reason I went with Soos on the last purchase was that I wanted the 2 inch mirror extentions along with my rider and passenger floorboard extentions.

 

I also received my Harley Goodies extensions 2 days after ordering them. Hard to believe 1in. on ea. side could make a difference but it does. $40+40 min. to install.
Can't beat that for added comfort.

I have used Soos and have Toms on my 09...(spreading the love) BOTH are quality produccts with EXCELLENT customer service

 

Harley Goodies on mine, got here in a couple of days, super easy mount (my first mod!) and they feel great!

 

Glad you guys like them. I am proud to make a product that is functional and affordable for every rider.

 

I second Harley Goodies as they are the only maker for softails. Good customer service is hard to find in today's world. It seems that most people get your money and then whatever happens, happens. Good to know there are quality vendors here on the forums. I called with a question also, and got Tom on the phone who answered all my questions in a calm and patient manner without and accent from a far away country. Not that I have a problem with accents, but not outsourcing here.

I work in a job where a lot of my vendors are from elsewhere and I get tired of trying to speak english to people that do not understand. Enough before I get into politics here.

 

I have purchased a couple sets through him and both arrived with in a day or two.

 

Like I said above, a good product is nothing without decent customer service. Glad you guys like the product. Enjoy that comfy ride.
