Where can I get a glass replacement headlight assy?
I want to use a 90/100 watt bulb but they run too hot for plastic headlight assy's. Tried it and it melted/discolored the stock lens. TIA

My 01 RK had a glass lens head and running lights when I bought it. Changed them out for the newer style with the reflector optics. If you can live with the look of the glass optics, look for an older set of lights.

Pulled the headlight in my 02 EGC, it has a glass lens and metal shell.
Made by 'Bosch' and the part number on the tag on the shell is '0 301 600 118'
Go to an auto parts store and see if they can order one for you
