Default cig lighter fuse

Can anybody tell me which fuse works the cigarette lighter? I have an 09 EG standard...everything works but the lighter. The owners manual doesn't really say anthing about it.

I had tried with the bike running... I tried turning on the acc switch and I even tried to turn the main ignition switch to accessory...no joy.

You may want to check other fuses. The outlet on my bike quit working and I checked th fuse marked Acc in the manual and it was fine. I checked the rest and found another one blown. Can't remember which one but think it was upper left area.

My ACC fuse was good...guess I will start checking them all...if that doesn't fix it, I guess on the 1st when my biketronics system gets here, I will pull the fairing apart. I wonder why the MOCO didn't put any dielectric grease on any of the electrical connections and fuses?

Let me shed some light. I had the same problem, everything still worked but the lighter. I finally learned that sometimes after use the lighter builds up a film of corrosion in the coils. I gently scraped it then spit, yes spit,on the coils, repleced the lighter pushed it in and off she went. The acidic fluid in your spit causes a better connection in electrical wired, coils, etc. I learned the in the Military from the Comm. guys. Try it.

I am sure this is not the case in this instance but worth mentioning. Many cig lighter based accessories and chargers etc have a fuse in the nose of the plug, and they do blow on occasion

WOOOO HOOOO! Its fixed! I pulled the fuse cover off again and pulled every fuse and relay. None of them were blown, but all of my fuses had some light powdery corrosion on them. The relays did not. So I took some electrical parts cleaner and douched the entire fuse block, the lighter, and the lighter socket. After it dried, I shot some di-electric grease into all of the fuse and relay ports (not the lighter or its socket), then installed all new fuses + the original relays....now, she works like a champ. To finish it off, I put a light bead of silicon across the top edge of the fuse cover to help keep moisture from trickling down into it. Hopefully this helped someone else. The total investment was $13.
